By accessing or using the website craftsinterior.co.in (“Site”) operated by Crafts Interior(“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Crafts Interior provides professional interior design services including but not limited to:

• Residential and commercial interior design
• Modular kitchen and furniture design
• Turnkey interior solutions and project management
• Design consultations (free initial consultation)

The specific scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables for each project are governed by a separate written agreement signed between the client and Crafts Interior.

Booking a consultation through our website is an expression of interest only. It does not constitute a binding contract. Our team will contact you to confirm the appointment, which may be rescheduled subject to availability.

Free consultations are limited to one per household and are intended for genuine project inquiries. We reserve the right to decline or cancel consultations at our discretion.

• All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Project commencement requires a signed contract and agreed advance payment as specified in the contract.
• Payment schedules are defined per project and must be adhered to for work continuity.
• Material price fluctuations post-quotation may result in revised estimates, communicated in advance.

All design concepts, drawings, 3D renders, mood boards, and other creative work produced by Crafts Interior remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the contracted project. Crafts Interior retains the right to use project photographs and case studies for portfolio and marketing purposes unless the client expressly requests otherwise in writing.

Website content including text, images, logos, and graphics are © 2026 Crafts Interior. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely approvals, feedback, and access to the premises as required
• Ensure the site is ready and safe for work to commence
• Obtain all necessary permissions, NOCs, and regulatory approvals related to the property
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule

Delays caused by client-side factors may result in revised timelines and additional costs, communicated transparently.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
• Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed proportionally.
• Advance payments are non-refundable once materials have been procured or work has commenced.
• Disputes regarding refunds will be resolved in accordance with Indian law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Crafts Interior shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Site or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.

Our total liability in connection with any project shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that specific project.

Crafts Interior provides a warranty on workmanship defects for a period specified in the individual project contract (typically 1 year from project handover). This warranty does not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, negligence, or natural wear and tear
• Damage caused by third-party modifications after handover
• Manufacturer defects in third-party products (covered by respective manufacturer warranties)

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or spam content via our contact forms
• Scrape or reproduce website content without permission

We reserve the right to block access to any user who violates these terms.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the Site. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
